Just imagine

You can find inspiration under ever rock, atop each new height and just beyond every hurdle but sometimes we all forget inspiration can found close to home. Inspiration shouldn’t only be sought after in periodicals or in “creative types,” rather we should all strive to find pieces of life in-between everyday moments that drive us towards inspirational happy endings.

One of the most abundant points of inspiration in life are the still moments in-between our thoughts. We’re all so engaged with one thought immediately followed by the next that we rarely enjoy the moments in-between. The moment when you stop working long enough to take a deep breath, push back from your thought and reach out for enlightenment is when your most inspiring moments can occur. One of my favorite quotes from Mark Twain is, “You can’t depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus.” Imagination is inspiration.

We’re all already vessels for motivation, determination and inspiration for someone in the universe if not ourselves. Why not take advantage of the most inspiring muse available at your finger tips, you! So, next time you’re looking for a catalyst to jump start your creative juices first try starting with the abundant resources your imagination has to offer.
