Introducing Cooking Channel TV!

If you haven't already noticed The Fine Living Network is no longer broadcasting. Thankfully, it has been replaced with a more food focused network called Cooking Channel TV. Cooking Channel TV is completely different from The Foods Network and other similar food based networks with programs focused entirely on food. There's noticeably less emphasis on the individual star quality of the host, their professional accolades or culinary resumes. The programs are unique in their food preparation tactics, quorky deliver techniques and focus on taste innovation.

One of my favorite fresh, young hostesses is Aida Mollenkamp. She hosts a show called Food Crafters which focuses on independent food producers around the world. Small food producer's like You bars, Jalopy Jelly and Laloo's goat's milk ice cream. It's invigorating and comforting to witness the evolution of food broadcast. Onward fellow food enthusiasts!
